LIBERTY PROPERTIES
Introduction
Liberty Properties is a company that concentrates on helping clients attain their home owning and selling ambitions in the real estate industry. They were looking to improve their online footprint by creating a friendly and elegant platform for consumers wanting to search, sell or purchase property.
Problem
A number of basic problems came to light through the UI/UX design work on Liberty Properties. They needed a user-friendly application that met the needs of buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. We added property search and listing management which was heavy on navigation across the platform (especially for new users) so while it was critical to design a user-friendly interface, ensuring intuitive top-level dynamic content filtering wasn't too easy. The design needed to maintain its consistency across the board as that looked like a challenging task at hand for making it look professional and user-friendly. Furthermore, ensuring the performance of all aspects of the platform to produce a cool and seamless user experience was another major obstacle.
Solution
PRIME Digital Solutions tackled these problems with a strategic approach to the UI/UX Design. Our first step was a comprehensive user research on two different potential user personas. The researchers used this research to design an efficient interface that was simple for users and checked all the boxes. We built in modularity so that features like property search, which had plenty of dependencies, fit well both functionally and aesthetically. Our design guidelines and standards controlled consistency across the platform. We care a lot about high performance, so we write efficient code and optimized assets to make sure the app loads quickly and uses smooth animations. The end-result was a streamlined, user-focused platform built to work as an entire solution for Liberty Properties and their website users.
Result
The newly designed UI/UX made the Liberty Properties platform much easier to use. The result was an improvement in overall satisfaction and engagement as users found the navigation through the various features much easier. Integrating various features was smooth for improving the performance of the platform as a whole. The uniform design and optimized performance allowed information to flow seamlessly between parts of the application, facilitating a much smoother experience. Overall, it met the initial challenge and helped Liberty Properties make a mark in developing an easy-to-use and high performance real estate platform. The solution was built, delivered on time and met the required specification accordingly.
