Introduction
KAARKASH is a premium and trustworthy brand of authentic Kashmiri products which is served through its online store. Even though, they had a unique selling proposition with their products but KAARKASH website faced many problems which proved to be barrier in making more sales and engaging customers.
Problem
KAARKASH website had a poor UI/UX design which was making the customer difficult to navigate and engage with the website. This poorly executed design led to a cluttered layout, confusing product categories and overall lack of visual appeal. All this resulted in a bad user experience, reduced customer satisfaction and hence lesser sales.
Solution
PRIME Digital Solutions designed the website effectively by being not only user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing, but also boosting performance through its UI/UX planning. The largest concern was designing an uncluttered, simple-to-understand design that made exploring and buying products easy. Appealing aesthetics that are in line with the culture and history of Kashmiri products, high quality product images used along with other visual design elements. We made sure that all the things are placed logically and it has a manageable flow to help the users reach where they want. We made the site 100% responsive for an optimized experience on Web and Mobile.

KAARKASH saw huge improvements with the newly designed website. The new and improved UI/UX design offered a delightful shopping experience to the users resulting in higher user engagement and retention. Together, the visual improvements and easy navigation helped to increase both conversion rates (buyers) as well as other helpful factors overall user experience. Responsive design helped KAARKASH to reach a wider audience using different devices as the current leaderboard competition. It boosted up sales of KAARKASH and increased the online presence.
