Introduction
American Horizons is a travel agency that hosts vineyard and winery tours throughout the globe, they required an initial website build to convey their services in one place easier for potential customers to book their tours.
Problem
The website development for American Horizons was not an easy road as we had met many challenges along the way. The site was a first-time build, and the user interface wasn't well defined making it difficult to find your way around tour offerings and share information for booking. Both the booking and scheduling side were poorly thought out causing less user interaction. In addition, the site was also slow to load and non-responsive with poor user experience causing difficulties in using the functionalities. In turn this was destroying their ability to drive traffic, and convert visitors into bookings.
Solution
These were the challenges that PRIME Digital Solutions addressed when it built a fresh new website from the ground up. A simple and familiar interface designed to streamline navigating tours as well as information discovery, creating an ease of booking. The booking and scheduling features were further developed to make the website more user-friendly. As a result we made the site faster and more responsive on all devices. The changes were all designed to give users more flexibility and make it easier for them, while also speeding up the booking process.
