AMERICAN EVENT SOLUTIONS
Introduction
American Event Solutions is the platform where digital minds book their tickets for meetups and events. It was very important to prepare the UI/UX design that should be easily navigated, and booking must not take more time for users.
Problem
American Event Solutions UI/UX design had many problems with user experience. The interface was a mess of imagery with competing information and making it nearly impossible for users to navigate events or book tickets. Because the navigation paths were not user-friendly, it caused frustration and ultimately drop-offs during bookings. More seriously still, there was no obvious visual priority in the design and this severely compromised a user's ability to scan down swiftly through their booking-journey checkpoints. These problems impaired the website's usability and could lead to them losing potential customers.
Solution
PRIME Digital Solutions tackled these UI/UX challenges head-on with a complete overhaul of the American Event Solutions platform. We created a visual hierarchy designed to directly help users through their journey of booking tickets by decluttering the overall interface. By creating simple intuitive navigation paths so that users would easily be able to go back and forth between finding events in their area, as well as completing a ticket purchase without any friction. We also added mobile responsiveness to ensure a better experience on any device, so that users have the same great booking flow whether they are at home or away.
Result
This was a huge improvement in the user experience and redesigning of American Event Solutions UI/UX. The increase in site engagement led tickets to become more accessible and decrease drop-off rates. Encouraging overall customer satisfaction with its transparent and user-friendly design. This ultimately led to the events hosted by American Event Solutions being more in demand and gathered some of today's digital thinkers, making American Event Solutions one of the go-to sites for meetups within those attending.
